Hello everyone. I made a mistake.

Introduction

I guess if anyone is qualified to talk about Roblox, it wouldn't be me. Regardless, I did. I reviewed the platform on Playstation. Sadly, I am here today to talk about it once more. Today's topic is... The Hunt

The Hunt is a mission. A mission to get 95 medals throughout time (at least, that's what they say) in 15 days. It's sort of like the Egg Hunt from older years, except, much greater and more rewarding (albeit, less rewards in general). I decided to take on the 95 game challenge. Will I do it? Will I survive? Will I still have time to actually have a life??? LET'S FIND OUT!

This post will be structured a bit differently from my other posts. I'll update this post everyday I do The Hunt. The goal mainly is to do 8 games everyday for 12 days. That way, I'll have 96 games by the end by the 26th. This will be a long journey, so I hope you all are ready. Games will have either PS for Playstation or PC for, well, my PC, depending which I played on. Unlike the Roblox review, games won't be linked in general since I assume you all who want to play a roblox game can find the game through other The Hunt lists.

Also, spoilers for event missions, if you care.

DAY I (3/15/2024)

GAME 1 - Project Smash - Playstation / PC

Project Smash is like Encounters, which I said from the last review is like Power Stone / Shrek Superslam meets Super Smash Bros. meets Copyright Infringement. Project Smash, as far as I'm aware, luckily does not infringe on someone's copyright meaning they likely are more creative people (I'm just guessing though). There isn't a match making system, or rather, one that's required for the mission. You just go in and fight people. Also, there's no playstation icons... I feel like Roblox should of required participating games on console to have them, but that'll be something I criticize in the Overall Thoughts on day 13. I did make the wrong specials sometimes.

The mission is to get the egg when it spawns. When does it spawn? I don't know. It just does. I luckily was able to get it on PC after returning from doing the next 6 games. I don't know why, but I found this to be one of least creative missions already, and this is just the first game! Luckily the other games today were a bit more creative.

GAME 2 - Astro Renaissance - Playstation / PC

Okay. So, Astro Renaissance is a roleplaying game that's playable on console, which lacks chat. Why must this happen? Other than the mission, I didn't even do much here other than Venus' quest.

This game's mission is to go a space station to get 12 shards in 4 rifts to repair the core. It actually was what I tend to expect for a mission in these Roblox Events, albeit one of the lesser ones. Two rifts are obbys, and one is a maze. The last rift I have yet to explain is one where you have to press 5 buttons. I was able to find 4 buttons easily, but the last one I couldn't find on PS. I saw others sit on a chair, so I thought to do that same. I switched to PC because I needed finer camera movement; there I found the last button under the sofa next to it. After the four rifts, you fix the core and fight a boss. This is where "one of the lesser ones" comes in. The boss only has two attacks, a simple moving laser and lava. I feel like the developers could of at least made the laser more interesting by moving it in a unpredictable manner or by adding more, but I don't find this to be a bad thing in the grand scheme of things, especially since there's worse missions in The Hunt.

GAME 3 - Arsenal - PC

Arsenal is a fps game where you race to the top with a variety of weapons. This game's mission however does not follow the core gameplay loop.

The mission is, with the help of Agent, to get to the server room of a malicious base, hack into it, then leave alive. I found this to be quite fun, mixing stealth with Arsenal mechanics for most of the mission until it's just destroying guards. I just love it when Rolve just does quests that aren't related to the main gameplay loop. Other quests I can think of are the RB Battles time trial, Crypic Hunt (finding certain objects in maps), Baker's Quest, Orange Quest, Coffee Quest, and the Frog Shooting Gallery. Rolve wins something in my reviews again!

GAME 4 - Adopt Me - PC

Adopt Me is a gambling casino where you gamble for pets... yeah.

This game's mission is to help Tom get gears for a time machine. You do this by going into the past and doing previous event tasks. This is a neat idea, but this means nothing to those who haven't play since before 2022 or at all. It's easy at least, espcially the Halloween one which I was able to figure out after failing a lot for a minute at the start. Tom suggests that one was difficult, but it wasn't.

A completed path to the end in the Adopt Me Halloween throwback. Tom exclaims 'Wow! I can't believe you made it through. Made it look easy too. Now that we have what we needed... this place is giving me creeps. Let's go.'

Of course your path is obviously going to be different from what's shown here.

GAME 5 - RB Battles - PS

Let's do a backstory. Back in the Metaverse Champions event, which was basically a previous revival attempt for the Roblox egg hunts, RB Battles went into a sort of work in progress mode, where most of what was there in the previous season was gone. I was kind of baffled by this at the time since they could easily just kept the game as is from the previous season, but apparently, they felt the need to limit the game from it's previous iteration. There wasn't much to do.

We jump into today. This time, they didn't limit the content from Season 3 as far as I'm aware (I didn't participate in season 3 so I wouldn't know). The quest is also a bit more interesting than just playing the game as normal, although one would still need to play 1 to 3 rounds to progress. The game is fun, but I also like when a game that is participating in a roblox event do something more than just to ask you to play the game (or in the case of some games in metaverse champions, don't).

So once you get the crystal by playing the game and break it, you go into a chamber before the game throws a Half-Life 2 on you and then you end up in a classroom where you do a rap/rat battle. I am NOT joking, this is literally how it is. Also, quite coincidental that I played it on Playstation since the Rap Battle is basically a Parappa reference. The only thing missing from that was the "Cool" rating mechanic and the correct icons. For some reason, they have the colors and icons of the Xbox controller rather than the Playstation ones but they show the names of each button properly for the latter. Needless to say, it felt off despite being technically correct. For reference, I have put a video of it below this paragraph. The rat battle on the other hand is basically fighting rats, which felt fun to play on the controller.

This might be the best mission so far, which may or may not bode well for the remaining 90 games. It also made me want a full Parappa like game on Roblox (well, I guess can just play the series before then since I own a playstation).

GAME 6 - Car Crushers 2 - PS

This is a bad way to go from RB Battles in terms of missions. Car Crushers 2 is a game where you crash cars. There's also a battle mode. The mission teaches you how to play, which just felt like they are literally just persuading you into playing this in the long term rather than give you and other, possibly existing, players a fun time. Also, this game has the right face buttons, but still uses Right/Left bumper/trigger... okay.

GAME 7 - DOORS - PC

DOORS is a horror game about doors. I played this once before for Arsenal's Night's End, and while I liked it, I wasn't motivated to play further beyond where I typically die (around door 30). This was my second time playing.

DOORS' mission is a rush to the end. There's only three entities in this mode as far as I'm aware, HASTE, LOOKMAN, and a third one whose name I forgot. I was already familiar with HASTE and the third one, but LOOKMAN is unqiue as I never seen them before. (EDIT: I was referring to BLITZ originally, but accidentally called it HASTE because I only saw the actual HASTE once to know. This mode has 4 entities in that case.)

This is gonna be a odd rant, but DOORS is similar to a Souls game where enemies have predictable movements and is difficult. DOORS isn't a soulslike at all since there's less action and more pressure put into the player, but if a horror game were to also be a soulslike, it would probably take a similar approach to DOORS. LOOKMAN is weird as they aren't as predictable as HASTE or other entities from the main game. Apparently the lights break/flicker when they are present, but I wasn't able to pick those up in time before getting hit. I lost some rounds due to that. Perhaps if I played for longer, I might figure it out, but probably will go back to not playing DOORS again.

Anyway, I played several rounds, both in groups and in singleplayer. My winning round started with 4 and it ended up being just me at around door ~-15. I was basically racing to the end at that point since I was about to die. It was scary, but I made it. Apparently, according to offpath analytics, this the 2nd hardest games in the event based on badges per 1k visits as of today (day I). Glad to have gotten it out of way relatively quickly.

GAME 8 - Natural Disaster Survival - PC

The title is basically what you do: survive natural disasters. A classic on Roblox. The mission is basically playing the game while surviving with a clock that you find on the map to give to a npc with the man face. You do that 3 times and you get the badge. Plain and simple. Something more complicated would probably break the flow of the game, so in this case, it's a good mission. A good way to end off Day I.

Best Mission Today: RB Battles

Best Game Today: Arsenal / DOORS

Worst Mission Today: Car Crushers 2

Day I Edit (3/15/2024): play to played and "and is difficult" in DOORS section. Grammar in Project Smash section. Casio to casino in Adopt Me section. Damn Rylie, you should proofread you stcuff.

Day I Edit 2 (3/16/2024): Added "Worst Mission Today" to Day I. Also removed double Os when there shouldn't have been two. Also see DOORS section for another edit.

Day II (3/16/2024)

GAME 9 - Sonic Speed Simulator - PS

Well, I started off today playing a sonic game. It's literally what the title is. You run at sonic speed in sonic areas. The mission basically is running in a mechanical area breaking 100 time crystals. They could of done a lot more with the Sonic ip for this mission, but it was fun for not changing the gameplay. Now, if only it wasn't made by GameFam...

GAME 10 - Funky Friday - PS/PC

Going from Sonic to unofficial clones, this is... not great. One of the better missions, but the game itself lacks a lot from what it's "getting inspiration" from, which is Friday Night Funkin.

I never played FNF, but there's some stuff that I can tell aren't here based on what I've seen. The rap bar showing who is doing better is straight up gone (assests from there might be copyrighted, but you can't really copyright a game mechanic like that either). Personality is also another big thing missing, partly since the bar is gone and it's in roblox 3d instead of cartoony 2d. I guess since all you do is go to a boombox to play songs, there wasn't much of a need to add the personality from that game. The best thing about my time with it was the fact that they kept the rap battle aspect alive, however one song I played butchered that too by having both sides have the same notes at the same time. If it wasn't for the rap battle aspect, I probably wouldn't have considered FNF. Yeah, FNF. Not FF, FNF.

I'm not done with this game's issues since there's one more thing left, but it goes with my time on this game. My first song used the game's default controls on an Steam Deck (I'll explain this in a moment). I failed (less than 50% accuracy) because why would I, someone whose first game in the genre was RoBeats, play a 4 key vertical rhythm game with the face buttons or dpad? Like, people who have played either FNF, FF, or DDR are used to it now, but I was not ready for that. I switched to have it use L1/Down DPad/X (A)/R1 then Left DPad/Down DPad/X (A)/Circle (B) before switching to PC because the game refused to count the event songs as played despite me playing them. The L/R buttons are actually the ones for the dualshock, but not the face buttons (uses Xbox as usual). Idk if it's how they coded the game with controllers, but it ended up giving me what would be the Steam Deck controls... which is more interesting than just not supporting dualshock/dualsense controllers at all, but I would rather they actually support those controllers. Anyway, I don't know what I did on PC to make it work in the end but it did.

The mission to play 4 songs in the The Hunt playlist. Some of them would be brutal if it was more than just finishing them, but regardless, it is at least much better than a tutorial or the grindfests that are to come.

GAME 11 - Escape Running Head - PS

This game is so surreal that I don't even want to criticize the mission here. The fact that this is in an official Roblox event outweighs the baffling simplicity of the mission. The mission by the way is to complete the first three stages.

GAME 12 - SwordBurst 3 - PS

SwordBurst 3 is an open world rpg using swords. I liked it. I like open worlds. I've played Pokemon Legends Arceus and Scarlet/Violet. I've played Horizon Zero Dawn. The mission for this game is sadly simple though. All you do is kill mobs for 25 eggs. Not even "time eggs," just SwordBurst styled eggs. Prehaps Roblox should of enforced the theme more? This is like, the third game now that doesn't really use the time theme or at least, something to go well with the general theme of The Hunt. The mission itself wasn't much of grind compared to...

GAME 13 - Spongebob Simulator - PS

"Spongebob Simulator" implies a game where you'll simulate being Spongebob, as GameFam also worked on Sonic Speed Simulator. You'd expect this game to be being like Spongebob, right? You'd expect this game have a fun mission to get you into the feeling of the game, right?? You'd expect this game to be good, right??? Right?!?!?

Now, what if I told you that this game was a Pet Simulator clone? Would you believe me? Of course you would, because that's EXACTLY WHAT THIS GAME IS!!! Since I only needed to do 96 games, I was trying to avoid having to do Pet Sim's mission (as well the other Big Games missions). And here we are, doing a mission of a Pet Simulator clone. At least it looks prettier than the simple Pet Sim by comparison.

The mission is to 1) open 50 chests in area 1, 2) collect 100 coin piles in area 2, and 3) defeat 15 stationary robots in area 3. Yes you have to do those things in those areas, and you have to unlock them if you haven't already. This took me 40 minutes I think, but the fact that all that this mission is just a grindfest made feel like an hour. This is probably the worst mission so far because of it. At least Car Crushers 2 didn't feel like a grind and felt more like the developers were persuading you to play their somewhat decent game.

GAME 14 - My Hello Kitty Cafe - PC (I couldn't join on Playstation)

We are just doing all of the licensed or unofficial "inspired" games in one day, are we? Luckily, other than the two SCP games, this should be the last one.

I've been wanting to play this game for a while, but I never actually made time for it. The game was actually quite intriguing. It did end up being a My Restaurant clone (another game from Big Games), but I honestly liked it's take on it. Would consider hoping in again just for the vibes.

Hello Kitty 50th Anniversary featuring Shard from Roblox Battle as a Roblox avatar with the trans colored katanas and Hello Kitty's hair bow.Hello Kitty 50th Anniversary featuring Shard again grabbing the trans colored katanas, possibly to attack the feminine non-clown like Jack-In-The-Box sticker covering the text.

Hello Kitty Cafe had photo opportunties.

The mission is to serve 100 customers, which is kind of lame considering that they had another event going on that was more involved, but the game at least carried the very short grind.

GAME 15 - Pls Donate - PC

For those aren't aware, Pls Donate is game where you and other Roblox players can donate Robux to other Roblox players. The mission luckily doesn't require Robux.

The mission: Carlos is an inspiring musician, and he needs money to do that. He points to the diamonds hidden somewhere (the game points to one of the donation nuke statues). There, you have to do a hacking themed pipe puzzle, which opens a portal to a mine shaft. There you mine 5,000 diamonds. It takes a while to mine diamonds. Like, you have to click A LOT sometimes to find diamonds. I did find all 5,000 and gave them to Carlos. Another cutscene happens before it just ends abruptly.

This was meant to be my last mission for today. It would of made for a nice way to end the day, but apparently something happened to bump my medal count up that didn't know happened until after making my notes.

GAME 16 - Strongest Battlegrounds - N/A

Apparently there were issues with this game and I got a free medal from Roblox. I wasn't intending on playing this today, so now I won't at all. Thanks Roblox. Mission is to defeat 11 npcs for keys to get an egg. At least it used proper theming by making the npcs from a different time.

GAME 17 - Brookhaven RP - PC

Technically, I didn't do 8 games today, so I did another. I picked Brookhaven since I assumed it would be easy, and it was

Brookhaven is a roleplaying game that takes place in a suburban town. The mission is an egg hunt... which, once again, fails to follow the theme. Heck, they (the developers) actually called it the "Roblox Egg Hunt 2024" instead of The Hunt in the introduction cutscene. Like I get the egg hunts were iconic in the Roblox community, but they could of at least followed the themes of The Hunt by making them time eggs or clocks.

So... What Makes A Good Mission Then?

In my opinion, a good mission is something that is welcoming to new players, but not something that existing players would just breeze over easily. DOORS does this well with it's mission by making something new entirely based on DOORS core gameplay. RB Battles also does this well, by making the first part in the main game easy (1 win or 3 rounds) before doing something completely new. That's what I think makes a good mission. Not a tutorial to the game like in Car Crushers 2, nor a grindfest like in Spongebob Simulator.

Best Mission Today: Funky Friday (ignoring the issues with GameFam and the mission itself)

Best Mission Overall: RB Battles

Best Game Today: My Hello Kitty Cafe / Escape Running Head (Ironically)

Best Game Overall: DOORS / Arsenal (the missions today made me appreciate DOORS more)

Worst Mission Today: Spongebob Simulator

Worst Mission Overall: Spongebob Simulator

Day II Edit (3/16/2024): Spongebob Simulator requires 15 robots. Not 3. See my point?

Day III (3/17/2024)

I decided to type this one directly on the site instead of drafting it prior. If it's horrible to read, that is the reason why.

GAME 18 - Break In 2 - PS

Break In 2, the sequel to the popular Break In story game. I have to say, the money the developer(s) made in Break In 1 didn't go to waste here. It's just as good as the original, expect for the soundtrack which I think was a bit better in 2 than in 1. And it has playstation support, if I remembered correctly!

The mission? Just play the game til the end of wave 3... I guess in this game's defense, a new thing would break the flow entirely, but it just leaves something to be desired. Once again though, a good game. It was my first time playing it too so I guess I got to see what it was all about after playing the original a lot back when it was popular.

GAME 19 - Death Ball - PC (deflecting didn't work on PS unless I manually selected it which was difficult to do when the ball is coming straight towards you at sonic speeds)

Death Ball is a game where you have a weapon and you deflect a ball of death. It does use anime... to my dismay, but ultimately it wasn't apparent it was an anime game (remember this). I wasn't able to deflect it like I would parry in most games that have it (Hi-Fi Rush and Lies of P for example). You kind of need to deflect it before it gets to you. I think this is a just a Roblox thing? I don't believe that was intentional on the developer(s) part.

The mission is a fight against Korblox. Korblox was quite a difficult feat for the several teams I was in, and unlike the boss in Astro, it has more than 2 attacks, albeit, only 2 more (lasers, orbs, stomps, and disabling abilities) plus the ball from the normal game mode which has to deflected. Good fight, just a little frustrating.

You know what's also frustrating? Having you pc go from 97% to 11% in 10 minutes (it actually was 20-30 minutes, but Windows says 10).

Roblox Game Client: In Use: 84% (10 minutes). Background: 2% (7 minutes). 86% power used.

Now, it's not this game's fault. I just so happened to have either been running an application that was too demanding and it messed up the internals of it or updated Windows the night prior. If anything, it was either my fault or Windows' fault, not the fault of the Death Ball developer(s).

I was able to resolve the issue, but I avoided playing any more games on PC for the rest of the day.

GAME 20 - Weapon Fighting Simulator - PS

We're now on game 20. 20 games of a mixed variety. Some good, some bad, one My Hello Kitty Cafe. After trying to do 9 games today, I am starting to go insane.

So what's this game? I did go for some of the melee focused games today. Break In primarily uses melees for attacks. Death Ball uses melees to deflect. Perhaps it's a game that simulates weapon fighting?

Okay, I know what you're thinking: "Rylie, this doesn't need to exist. We already have games that simulate fighting with weapons. You mentioned some yourself, both on Roblox and off Roblox." Here me out on this... what if... it actually was the third fucking pet simulator clone with no challenge at all?

I have no idea what Pet Simulator did, but it created an entire hybrid subgenre on Roblox that's meant for players who don't even give any fuck about the quality of what they are playing. We've had three games now that are the same "click and watch your slaves friends collect coins." Outside this event, I've only played the og Pet Simulator and 2, and I've only played those once because I didn't have fun doing that. What's worst is that the two clones I've played in The Hunt are on Playstation, and you know what else is on Playstation? Open world action game Horizon Zero Dawn, which objectively is more complicated and more feature packed than any Pet Simulator. If you give someone the choice to either play Horizon Zero Dawn or Spongebob Simulator/Weapon Fighting Simulator... actually idk what the result would be, but I would personally pick Horizon Zero Dawn... You know, I actually ruined my agrument in one sentence. You can tell I don't like this hybird subgenre though.

Luckily, it's mission is one of the easier ones: defeat 50 mobs, open 20 crystals, and... I don't know, I forgot. The game probably gets better like with what people say about Death Stranding, but I'm not gonna do that with a Pet Simulator game. Hopefully this is last Big Games clone we'll have to deal with.

GAME 21 - Pull A Sword - PS

It's another pet simulator clone 😭... just kidding 😆. I had no idea what this game was gonna be before going in. It's a clicker game where you click your sword (R2) and watch numbers go up. Once your number is high enough, you can attempt to pull a sword, which if you're successful at, you get the sword to use.

The mission is in it's own secluded area. Same gameplay though. You have to build enough strength to pull the third sword. It's basically the image below, expect I muffled the game audio to play some music instead. The mission is grindy, but nothing to be mad at.

Standing around swinging my sword in the same spot until I can get an upgrade or pull a sword...

I forgot to mention that this game and the pervious' game ui feels really cluttered and bad. The last game was even worse than what you see here. This game lets you hide it at least.

Winds Of Change (Scorpions) played first, which while it aged poorly, it at least has a new personal metaphor here in which we finally get Roblox official events again... even if they do suck. Transdermal Celebration (Ween) played next (the link is a fan video, not sure if there's an official one). I can probably make a comparison to Roblox The Hunt for it too, but I don't have the time nor will to type one out.

GAME 22 - Blade Ball - PS (it stopped working with a controller after I finished the mission)

Blade Ball is a game where you have a weapon and you deflect a ball of death. It's basic, but Roblox flavored basic is quite good if executed correctly. I wasn't able to deflect it like I would parry in most games that have it (Guilty Gear Strive and Sekiro for example). You kind of need to deflect it before it gets to you. I think this is a just a Roblox thing? I don't believe that was intentional on the developer(s) pa- HOLD ON JUST A MOMENT! This is just Death Ball but... the original? It's not surpising that Roblox would add game clones to official events (See Funky Friday, Spongebob Simulator, My Hello Kitty Cafe, and Weapon Fighting Simulator), but to have both the original and a copy for several games (reminder that Pet Simulator and My Restaurant are both in this event) is just odd. Or maybe the two share team members. I wouldn't know.

The mission isn't as interesting as Death Ball's. Just some tasks: play 3 rounds, deflect 30 times, and kill three players. At least it follows that theme in the lobby and I get to play a decently fun game for longer without all of the anime.

GAME 23 - Slap Battles - PS

This is a game where you slap people off the map Smash Bros style. This is to this game's detriment when it comes to the mission though.

The mission was quite unclear. You have to have 105 slaps first, then go to a vent in the lobby, then talk to the an npc there and pick the first quest (I forgot the name). You have to then go the castle island with the enlongated slapper and find a hole in the wall. With the enlongated slapper, you get the ghovel. The hardest part is actuallly digging out the quest item, because people in this game are ruthless, at least in the servers I was in, regardless if you are being merciful or not. I died once trying to dig. Luckily, after a few attempts getting the ghovel again, the item spawned in the mark on the castle island. You have to do this all while sounds are playing from other players, which may or may not be annoying (I find it to be on the more annoying side), or with sound off. The theme wasn't used at all in the mission, but I guess I can just headcanon that the secret quest item is a watch or something. (EDIT: According to the badge description, it's a handkerchief. I guess I can handcanon that it's old as heck or something idk.)

(EDIT (4/15/2024): It's called the glovel, not ghovel. Ghovel must of came from that Li Speaks tweet.)

GAME...

The two games I was planning on playing had some issues and my intended final game was rage inducing which, after a day of bad happenings, wasn't the greatest. I wasn't in the mood to force myself to go and finish the last two games for today. The two games I had issues with will be worked on continuously though and will be added on top of the normal 8 game thing. Tomorrow I will rest, mainly since I have to finish a game jam game.

Best Mission Today: Death Ball

Best Mission Overall: RB Battles

Best Game Today: Break In 2 (soundtrack slaps)

Best Game Overall: DOORS / Break In 2 (bye Arsenal)

Worst Mission Today: Tied between Break In 2 and Weapon Fighting Simulator (at least they were easy)

Worst Mission Overall: Spongebob Simulator

Day III Edit (3/18/2024): See Slap Battles

Day III Edit (3/20/2024): Forgot alt text on the 2nd image. My bad.

Day IV (3/19/2024)

I went in a did the three games from Day III. Here they are.

GAME 24 - Combat Warriors - PS/PC

The reason I didn't do this on the 17th was because I wasn't in the mood for blood and gore, nor even more grinding. Yesterday, I went in a did the entire mission.

Combat Warriors is a fighting arena where you fight other players. That's kind of it. Oh, and there's blood and gore, but I already mentioned that.

Mission comes in two parts. Part 1 is to kill/assist until you get 150 points. I did enjoy the gameplay but it's something I suck at. I tend to either experiment with the default weapons or just charge into people fighting others or running somewhere. I understood the pc controls more than the console ones somehow too, or that I just forgot the console controls. Part 2 is an obby in the underworld (I don't think its location is specific). The obby movements were jank, but it isn't a hard obby, nor the hardest obby I will have to do in this journey. It's an obby. Once you finish it, you also get an egg ugc alongside the medal. Neat for them to do that. To get all 3 egg ugcs you have to do the mission three times... I personally won't be doing that since I think the other egg designs are quite ugly.

GAME 25 - Obby But You're On a Bike - PS/PC

Well, it is what the title is. This game was meant to be the 8th game on the 17th but I raged too much trying to do the mission so I held off on doing it.

The mission is another set of tasks: complete world 1 in under 13 minutes, complete a race in the top 3 in the race world, and complete world 4. It's tedious and uncreative, but I do have some tips if you plan on doing this one:

Thought I should point out that in the description of this game, it says "We’ve created a unique quest for you to earn a badge on your journey to unlock treasures from the Infinite Vault.” This is not a unique quest. At least 4 other games also do unrelated to the theme gameplay tasks (Car Crushers 2, Spongebob Sim, Weapon Fighting Sim, and Blade Ball) and even if you consider the speedrun aspect unqiue, it's not the most unqiue since DOORS also requires you to be quick and speedrun through.

The "Best/Worst X Today/Overall" has not changed with these games... actually Obby But You're On a Bike comes close to being the worst mission on Day III, but at least it uses time in execution of it's mission.

GAME 26 - I sinned and played My Restaurant - PS/PC

Yep... I said I wouldn't do it, but I did, only because I needed an easier quest. At least this frees up a skip for both SCP games now.

My Restaurant is a tycoon game about managing, well, your restaurant. I always found this game to be more numbers based than creative based, which is why I ultimately dropped the game shortly after launch. My Hello Kitty Cafe technically has the same issues, but at least minimizes it with how it uses the Hello Kitty ip.

The mission is the same as in My Hello Kitty Cafe: to serve 100 customers. The fact that not only did a Hello Kitty game of all games is not only better, but had a more interesting event going on that could of been The Hunt mission instead over an original, homegrown Roblox game only means that My Restaurant should of done something that broke the gameplay loop. This is Big Games we're talking about though, so I don't know...

Customer Bella is sitting alone... or just sitting accross the other customer I don't know.

This is now my desktop wallpaper.

I am going to hate doing 8 more games today.

GAME 27 - Bike of Hell - PS

Bike of Hell is a clone of Obby But You're On a Bike, except bikes are only cosmetic and it has tracks that cycle instead of worlds. The two games seem to be in a mutual agreement with each other though so I guess that makes this game the most moral clone in the event. I guess that also means that the tips from Obby But You're On a Bike apply here too, other than the fact that bikes are only cosmetic in this game.

The mission is to complete Korblox's course. I was luckily able to be in it when I joined and happened to have another player boost the timer consistently so all I had to do was complete the course. I was already used to the bikes mechanics so I didn't have too much problem completing it except when I died several times near the end of timer (before it was boosted). Perhaps the only issue I had during the mission was the generic mainstream techno pop song(s) that played which I turned off after a while because no.

GAME 28 - War Machines - PS

War Machines is a open world game where fly around in mech suits and fight npcs or other players. I really liked playing the game, but there's not much substance other than fight enemies (or players) and unlock other mech suits and abilities. This doesn't make the mission a bad time though. It's just a thing that might prevent me from considering hopping back in after the event.

The mission is to kill npcs for 60 hunt fragments; despite how uncreative the name is, it technically makes this mission 100% more on theme than 11 other games I've looked at so I guess I can't complain. It isn't hard to do. I had fun doing it.

GAME 29 - Military Tycoon - PS

The title basically describes the game. When I was asked about what country I wanted rep, I, of course, chose Mexico because I felt like it. The game itself is a tycoon game but with building a Military and has features you would expect in a game like it. The mission doesn't really warrant playing the game after you get some guns though.

Why is that? The mission is to get 20 creates that spawn randomly on the map to be able to open a safe related to The Hunt in lore. As long as you have some guns and are good with shooting npcs and possibly other players, you should be able to find all 20 within a reasonable amount of time. I was also able to take over a base for a short time too, before I died to someone trying to take it as well.

GAME 30 - War Tycoon - PS

30... 46 more games left... I don't know if I think it'll be worth it in the end... I miss a life without excessive Roblox...

War Tycoon is similar to Military Tycoon, except with a focus on oil rather than just war. Besides building a tycoon, you can take over bases and steal oil from refineries.

The mission is to get 10 boxes in the city part of the map. It isn't a hard mission once you have vehicle and some guns for protection. The biggest issue with the mission is the fact that players are ruthless in this game, probably more than Slap Battles considering 1) bases are a huge part of this game and there's one close the city itself and 2) someone killed me when I wasn't even doing anything to them, although I did shoot someone else's vechicle with an oil tank shortly before dying so that would probably explain my death.

GAME 31 - Snowboard Obby - PS

It's another clone... kind of. Unlike the bike obby games, this one I found to be easier to keep moving and focus on rhythm rather than being slow and steady when needed with occasional bursts of speed. I liked it the most because of it.

The mission is 100 levels. Luckily world 1 is 100 levels already so you only need to do that. This is sadly one of the missions that use the eggs though instead of the actual theme of The Hunt. Did Roblox not specify to developers that this isn't an egg hunt until teasers started showing up on their X (formerly known as Twitter)???

GAME 32 - Steep Steps - PS

Here's a story: I wasn't particularly in a hurry to play this game. This probably would of been game 60-80 and would of probably been used as a day starting/ending game. However, someone in the comments of a youtube community post for The Hunt said to completely avoid this game, alongside Pet Simulator (I'm already skipping that one), Spongebob Simulator (did that one already), and two other games that I'll probably end up doing. I thought, "You know, I should do this one." That's why Steep Steps is Game 32.

Steep Steps is a game about climbing with only a ladder. It's meant to be difficult. Things are meant to go wrong with the ladder. This is a fine game other than the fact that they OUTRIGHT FORGET ABOUT PLAYSTATION. Like, I get Playstation isn't any better than Xbox in many aspects (achievements, for example, should of stayed on Xbox tbh) but they can't use "Full Xbox Support" when Roblox has been out on Playstation for long enough now for them (the developers) to know to perhaps add proper playstation support or at least change the wording. Luckily some proper prompts are used or are the basic Roblox controls, but for some incorrect prompts and that wording alone, I have to, in a non-genuine way, make this the imginary 7th worst game (I'm not doing Worst Game Today/Overall for a reason and one of them is placing games lower for odd reasons like this). Seriously, Roblox should of required developers who had console versions to add proper support for all consoles in order to be in the event.

The mission is to find 5 hidden artefacts on Torii Trail (or 4 I don't remember). You have to climb ~100 meters to do so, and the only checkpoint is at the end. This will be a somewhat long climb so be ready for it. Here are some tips I can give you.

The mission is fun and I liked the challenge it brought. I genuinely felt awarded when I reached the top. There were players there willing to help others so I had a bit of a easier time on some parts. This is also one of the games to actually follow the theme! I'd say this probably the closest any game has gotten to beating RB Battles for the Best Overall Mission. In fact, I'd say they are the Best Overall for their own reasons, like how DOORS and Break in 2/Arsenal are the Best Games Overall for their own reasons. Unless you want to go through the quests quickly, I'd recommend you guys do this mission.

GAME 33 - Murderers VS Sheiffs Duels - PC

MvS Duels is a game where you and someone else fight for 5 wins. The mission is basically playing the game to complete missions which you only get hints on. These were pretty easy to figure out other than the two people building brick walls (I won't spoil how to get that one). Not my thing, but I did like the game. The theme is kind of followed in The Hunt mission hub in the game. I guess it's better than nothing or eggs so props to the developer(s) for doing better than the bare minimum.

GAME 34 - Barry's Prison Run Obby - PC

I think my notes for this game being "the heck do I respond to that" should explain it. I guess I can try to respond to that though.

Barry's Prison Run Obby is an obby where you break out of a rather elaborate prison for how basic looking it is. It kind of reminds me of those old school Roblox obbys that Fat Paps made back in the day, just a mutation of it. Actually, I didn't know this til writing this, but Fat Paps actually made this! That's cool. I'm a bit old for this game, but I'd be lying to say I dislike it. I'm moreso baffled than anything.

The mission is to get 10 donuts at the room of the first Barry encounter. This was probably the easiest mission so far if we don't account for the other games being easy for returning players.

Best Mission Today: Steep Steps

Best Mission Overall: RB Battles / Steep Steps

Best Game Today: Snowboard Obby / Steep Steps

Best Game Overall: DOORS / Break In 2

Worst Mission Today: Snowboard Obby (The game being good doesn't help the fact that they didn't follow the theme)

Worst Mission Overall: Spongebob Simulator

Day V (3/21/2024)

Roblox isn't as fun as it used to be.

Now, this isn't something something that's an uncommon opinion, but it's something you can only realize when you play a lot of the mainstream Roblox games. Yes, there's still gold on the front page, but most of it is either just garbage, has better non-Roblox equivalents, or will ultimately not appeal to someone unless they are either a child, an online dater, or a mentally ill person. That's not even accounting for the large lack of Roblox events since 2020. The last traditional events prior to this that wasn't "brand name makes their own game for some reason" were the Luobu events around when Roblox China launched. A lot of the fun just naturally faded because of it, as well as a lot of today's trends just being one of the those three traits.

Part of the reason why the Roblox Playstation review lacked a lot of mainstream or front page games was because I wanted to focus on games I would personally play. This is also why DOORS wasn't in that review, despite me thinking about it while playing games. Most of the games from the PS review still had their charm, even in the darkest of times. I have aged a lot though and Roblox has developed into a certain direction that I don't personally agree with, so eventually I may drop Roblox entirely and just move on... it may drop it sooner when I finish The Hunt though.

We're going to go through quite a bit more games today... I hate this so much.

GAME 35 - Royale High - PS

I decided to do the remaining roleplaying games today. There may still be a few that missed, as well as any other casual game, but I got all of the major or obvious ones out of the way today.

On that note, Royale High is a roleplaying game that takes place in a fantasy fairy high school. The mission focuses on the minigame aspect of the game though.

Shard avatar (different back item, a staff with the roblox cube) in the Royale High Avatar editor. Outfit name is 'Please end my misery.'

I swear, I didn't change the name today. It just was like that when I joined.

The last time this game was in an event (either the egg hunt or metaverse champions I don't remember), the bow and arrow minigame was laggy as hell in a majority of servers due to the fact that arrows aren't unloaded in the hub (or unload after a long time). Luckily, the mission for The Hunt runs without lag and if it was as bad as it was years ago, I now have better technology that could handle it better.

The mission is to play a minigame where you get eggs for your basket to drop off at a nest for 50 eggs. Fairies are mischievous though so they'll put negative spells on you. The game is easy to play and so is the mission. It doesn't follow the theme but I think Royale High could get away with it with the "headcanon" thing that Slap Battles had (and technically Arsenal).

GAME 36 - Bayside High School - PS

Bayside High School is a roleplaying game that takes place at high school.

Before I did the mission, prom was happening in game so I decided to partake in it as a Librarian. It was fine. Chat isn't available on console so I had to just stand around not really knowing the context of anything, such as the moment when 3 people were on the floor at the same time. Of course I didn't win prom king/queen because I guess I don't look good or something.

Shard avatar again standing behind a PROM backdrop drinking fruit punch.

Another photo opportunity, perhaps?

The mission is to go to a time machine (?) in the science room. Once you do, you go back in time to an old school jazz bar, or whatever they were called back then I don't know. Speakeasy could work as a name if the time and place were right, but I'm not sure. There, after a short cutscene, you go play old jazz in a rhytmn game. This is neat. I handled it better here on console than on Funky Friday, but I guess that's mainly due to this being easier than the FF The Hunt tracks. Once you're done you fall down after another cutscene and then it abruptly ends. I guess the abrupt ending is okay considering that the rest of mission was pretty on theme... sadly a uncommon occurrence...

GAME 37 - Metro Life - PS

PC keys on console threw me off quite a bit in this game. Uh, anyway, Metro Life is a roleplaying game in a urban city.

The mission is to find a hotair balloon and ride it to get 10 aruras. Miss Bunny is the quest giver, who you'll need to talk to once you're done. Like Royale High, I guess they could get away with the "headcanon" thing here too since the aruras are so generic that they could imply anything, including the time theme.

Miss Bunny's hard to tell whether their eyes are closed or not since they're close to blinking and Shard's covering there eyes with their helmet.'

This is going to be one hard staring contest.

GAME 38 - Berry Avenue - PS/PC

Berry Avenue is an Avenue roleplaying game... yeah.

The mission is sponsored by e.l.f. up. Bayside was also sponsored by them, but unlike Bayside, this game makes it clear they are sponsoring this thing. You have to make an acai bowl. The process consists of stealing a bowl, stealing a tube, going to the store to buy fruits (not stealing them this time I guess), then going home to make it (not until you put the food in the fridge though). You can't spawn a vechicle or a house on console from the ui, so it'll take too long to do on there. Once I was asked to go to my house, I switched to pc just for my own sake.

Anyway, while the theme wasn't used here, I do think it's a nice mission and a nice break from the grindfests, bad games, and hard games. I just rather eat an actual acai bowl though due to the fact that it would of taken too long on console. You know what? I'd rather only eat acai bowls for 13 days instead of doing this review for 13.

GAME 39 - Club Roblox - PC

Hey, guess I'm on pc so might as well do this game too. Club Roblox... I don't know what the hell this game is, but it is a roleplaying game.

The mission: There's an evil duck corporation on the island so you have take them down. Doing that isn't difficult, but it was a fun time for taking the most random idea and going to town with it. The reward (other than the badge) is a Prize Duck too (you have to pay for it).

GAME 40 - Greenville - PS

Greenville is a roleplaying game with a focus on driving. This isn't the last game here today with it, but it's the only one today to be focused on it.

The mission is to talk to Maximus. Maximus will ask you to help repair their time machine by finding the 8 pieces scattered around the map so you'll go do that. Honestly, this is how you do a tutorial mission. Car Crushers 2 made it so that returning players could just breeze through it, for better or for worse. Here, you actually have to play the game... normally; you're not really doing anything specfic other than getting the pieces on the map. Both new and returning players (at least those who enjoy driving) would still have as much fun as just playing the game normally. The pieces are spread far apart so you get the opportunity to learn the game mechanics on your own too while driving to one of the pieces. This is a good mission because of that.

Oh yeah, it follows the theme too.

GAME 41 - Twilight Daycare - PS/PC/Mobile

Well, what do you expect from a roleplaying game called Twilight Daycare? Maybe something other than roleplaying in a daycare setting.

The mission is to do 3 needs. Admittedly, this is the first mission I self boosted with an alt account. Heck, I'm actually getting someone to play another game with me instead of doing that with an alt. Why did I use an alt here? Needs take a moment to happen, and other players could do them instead of you, so I thought it would be faster if my two accounts were in the same server as different roles. It's also why I didn't do the mission on Playstation, because you need to manually pick up babies with the pointer. I did the mission with my main on my phone and an alt on pc; don't ask why, it just was easier that way. Luckily I was able to get two needs from another unrelated baby so the alt was only used for one need.

Can we get more games that follow the theme please????

GAME 42 - Emergency Hamburg - PS

Emergency Hamburg is emergency focused roleplaying game, though I wasn't on any emergency role.

Here's a thing that's mildly interesting: Greenvile doesn't really check if you're doing illegal movements or speeds with you car. Here, either the game or people roleplaying do, so you really have to drive as you... kind of would in real life.

The game actually doesn't tell you what to do for the mission, or I just missed it. I think this is only the second game so far to do that (Slap Battles was the first) outside of the badge descriptions for both games' badges. I guess these games are better than needing a guide for most games back in the egg hunt or just blindly pressing buttons on a menu until you happen to press a button that gives you a badge in Metaverse Champions. This was a real badge. I'm not making this up.

The mission is to do a delivery of over 10km. Not a hard mission, but not one that follows the theme... this might be the worse mission today if we add the fact that I had to look up what to even do in the first place.

GAME 43 - Maple Hospital - PS

Roleplay game in a hospital is something I haven't seen since Meep City. Or maybe I haven't been following Roblox games in the past 5 years.

The mission is to talk to 3 patients. Pretty normal til one of them happens to be ill from Blue Sugar. Then you have to find Mrs.Mable, who is hiding in a bunker for some reason. You have to explore the lower levels (which are affected by nuclear radiation for some reason) before going back to Mable to get 4 color filled flasks. The color doesn't matter as the game only lets you pick up the ones required for the mission, and I should know that since I spent a few minutes wondering where the last one is. After that, you use those 4 flasks to make a potion to give to the ill patient. Afterwards, you go downstairs to find out that Mable went down stairs and is now affected by Blue Sugar. You get a flamethrower to destroy the eggs causing all of this; their words, not mine. After you do that... it ends. Third abrupt ending... I guess neither Roblox or myself can really do anything about that.

GAME 44 - Redcliff City RP - PS

Redcliff City RP... no I don't hate the game. I just have nothing to say in regards to what you do in the game.

The mission is to get 4 pieces of an artefact. The game points to where you need to go so you don't need to wander around for an hour looking for them or use a guide. Pretty easy stuff.

This game also has Home Depot. Like straight up. They sponsored this. I did the assoicated car building activity and I have no words to say about the car but I do have words about the sponsorship... why? What kid is going to be like "Let's go to Home Depot!"? Apparently enough to warrant the partnership.

GAME 45 - Livetopia RP - PS/PC

The roleplaying game takes place in a suburban town.

The mission: you spawn with a box which you would need to go a place to destroy it with a hammer. Then you need to go to a heated pool to thaw the ice for 30 seconds (reasonable, stuff like that takes time). Then go home to crack the safe for 60 seconds (not reasonable), do a matching minigame, wait ANOTHER 60 seconds, do another matching minigame, wait YET ANOTHER 60 seconds, do ANOTHER matching minigame, before finally being able to destroy the egg from the safe. The matching minigame doesn't work on consoles despite them being supported normally so you'll have to do it on PC or a supported mobile device. Also lacks the time theme and just uses easter as it's theme bruh. Also I'm pretty sure the person in one of the tv programs is straight up just Delinquent from Arsenal.

You know what I said about Emergency Hamburg being the worst today? I take that back. THIS is the worst today, and possibly overall if it wasn't for Spongebob Simulator simply being an annoyingly strict annoying grindfest. "We’ve created a unique quest for you to earn a badge on your journey to unlock treasures from the Infinite Vault." Of course you did! You all made an annoyingly unique quest that I don't think will ever be replicated for the remaining 51 games!

GAME 46 - Emergency Response: Liberty County - PC

ER:LC is another emergency roleplaying game. Once again I did not roleplay any emergency roles, though I did get pulled over twice by two different players roleplaying as cops.

The mission to get clover coins. You get the first riddle from a large statue on the map. I'm not gonna spoil where they are, but you only need the first three, which is a bafflingly low amount for a mission like this. I did use a guide though so I don't know if it was supposed to take like 14 minutes. Also, they had the audacity to call it an easter hunt when 1) it's not an easter hunt and 2) feels more like a Saint Patrick's day event more than an Easter one. Likely an error, but I wouldn't know.

GAME 47 - LifeTogether RP - PC

I actually forgot that I played this game today lol. That should explain everything. Another city roleplay game.

The mission is to get 10 eggs in the park, which I spawned in. You can't get them normally though, you have to use your in-game camera to take pictures of them. You have to do that 10 times and you get the badge. Let me repeat myself, can we get more games that follow the theme please????

Best Mission Today: Bayside High School / Club Roblox

Best Mission Overall: RB Battles / Steep Steps

Best Game Today: Royale High (this game is the most likely be one I'll hop back into at some point outside of an event)

Best Game Overall: DOORS / Break In 2

Worst Mission Today: Livetopia RP

Worst Mission Overall: Spongebob Simulator (Livetopia RP comes so close but still so far)

I was going to do another game today, but that was the one that I asked another person to play with me for. I haven't gotten a message back today about playing it today, so I'll try to get that sorted out for myself.

Day VI (3/22/2024)

Welp, we are now half way through our journey. 47 games. 48+1 more games left. There's a lot to get from the first half of games though. Most missions suck. Most games don't follow the theme at all. Most missions just waste your time. Most games aren't that good, appeal to a somewhat specific audience, or are rip offs of better games. 3 Pet Simulators. 2 My Restaurants. Some anime games. We still have a lot of those to go through before being able to form final opinions... sadly.

The remaining 53 games (including those I plan on skipping) mostly consist of games I dread playing. The legends games, the remaining anime games, super league soccer, the scp games, Big Paint Ball, p... pe... pet simulator... I did intentionally left some better games or missions for this, but this is basically the long stretch now and I'm going to fucking hate it.

Today's Live Event

I missed it, but I did get on shortly after it happened. I was expecting for the worse: the games being doubled and Roblox expecting us to do all of them as well. Luckily that didn't happen, but something did happen.

The Infinity Egg with a 100 medal requirement. Also Rye is there (not the milk game character, a different character).

to heck with this.

100 games?!?! What was Roblox thinking with this? Luckily they changed it to 95 but that 100 game requirement would made me waste another one or two hours of my sanity.

GAME 48 - Super League Soccer - PS

I mistook this for Super Striker League which is why it took me until today to play it. Welp, might as well do since we can of have to.

Super League Soccer is a soccer simulation game. I'm not big into sports games, let alone sports, but I all that I did play were either Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games or soccer games. Mario Strikers Charged is actually my favorite game on the Wii. This should be an easy mission considering that my favorite Wii game is a Mario take on soccer.

Korblox with bunny ears and big, egg themed shoes. The Board says 'Complete the following quest to receive in-game rewards and bonus 'The Hunt' badge for the official Roblox event.

This is something.

It is. The mission is to complete 2 games. Not even in full, just hop into them whenever and as long as you are there until the end, you get the badge. I did do a full game since I wanted to actually play the game. I'm not sure if the theme is used here, since they kind of used Korblox but not much else is used. I'll give them a thumbs up for trying.

GAME 49 - Football Fusion 2 - PS

This is a football simulation game. Once again, I'm not into sports, and this is espcially true with American Football (I'll just use football going forward). I think this game made me dislike the sport.

The mission is tackle once and catch a ball once. Both took me quite a bit of time to do since you have to wait for an opportunity to do so AND be there when it's possible for you to do so. Tackling is the easier of the two, but both took me way too long to do. I was not able to catch or tackle for several reasons: I was not close enough. The player with the ball does not come close to you or throw the ball in your direction. Sometime players just go out of bounds for who knows why. I was able to catch the ball once but it didn't count as catching the ball. Why the heck did it not count?!?!?! I CAUGHT THE BALL!!!

This was probably the most frustrating mission so far. Steep Steps and DOORS appear quite fair by comparison. Those games also follow the theme! This was probably really easy for experienced players, but I didn't have it in me. Is it worse than Spongebob Simulator? No? I'd say being frustrated in a game is better than being bored and annoyed out of your mind.

GAME 50 - Ultimate Football - PS

I hate football now but there's still at least one other football game. Let's see...

The mission is to play 4 quarters. Basically a full game. This was soo much easier than Football Fusion 2. The (insert place here) Nightmares vs. Glendale Ghosts. I still ain't good at football, but everyone else in my server wasn't that great either, so it evens out. My team (Nightmares) won, partly because we actually had someone who knew what they were doing.

I don't have a picture of this, but I also spawned with long blonde hair and a feminine appearance in the hub. I don't know what the deal with that was, but I guess that's fine.

GAME 51 - Muscle Legends - PS

So we've gone through half of what's available... I see the light...

Muscle Legends is a simulator game about getting buff and things.

The mission is 500 strength. Fuck games that don't use the theme. I hate games that don't use the theme. Anyway, since the requirement was 500 strength, I thought I would be able to outsmart the game by using a code that gave strength. Sadly that didn't work. I tried to do it manually but I kept dying. Seriously, why are people ruthless in this game of all games?! Slap Battles and War Tycoon, I can understand. That's the point of those games. Here, I'm pretty sure there's no reason to kill other players other than for sport. Dying also resets your mission progress so you have to start all over again. I was able to get to the requirement though by breaking a rock. When I'm finally done with this shit and Neapolitan, I'll start work on Rock Chronicles. That'll be better than this, certainly, at least to me.

GAME 52 - Ninja Legends - PS

This is the sibling game to Muscle Legends, except for ninjas. This includes the lack of the theme and losing your mission progress when you die too, sadly.

You get the medal for 3k ninjitsu. Upgrading your equiment makes this trivial.

GAME 53 - Arm Wrestle Simulator - PS

Arm wrestle people. It's like Pull A Sword, but for arm wrestling. It also has the same event set up. I did find this quicker than Pull a Sword though. That's not a bad thing though when you're already losing sanity over a Roblox event.

GAME 54 - Lumberjack Simulator - PS

ohohohoho, here's a contender for Worst Mission Overall! Lumberjack Simulator is a game where you chop down trees. I just wrote Neapolitan, which mentioned a notable tree grower (Johnny Appleseed), so this is quite an ironic coincidence.

First of all, the theme wasn't used, unless you count the portal to the event boss, the Bunny. I swear, games that don't use the theme are more common than those that do. Second, you have to grind A LOT. In order to get to the event, here's what you need to do:

  1. Grind strength until you have enough to be on par with the lizard so it's a fair fight. This takes way too long.
  2. Grind wins until you have 15k. This takes way too long.
  3. Grind more strength until you have 15 million to be on par with the Bunny boss. This takes way too fucking long.
  4. Challenge the Bunny boss.

This took an hour to do. I mainly just left it on auto fight/train so I just muffled the game audio, played music again, and did other things while I waited. Take a Pebble (Emerson, Lake, and Palmer) played during this. It's a nice, claming track. To be honest, I think ELP's debut album is the best. I have no idea why the other albums I've listened to, being Tarkus, Trilogy, Brain Salad Surgery, and Love Beach, were worse than this. Brain Salad Surgery comes so close to being on par with their debut, but there's just ONE track that's just really meh (Benny the Bouncer). Most albums just have their low point for some reason. The only albums that aren't game osts to not have that in my opinion are Abbey Road (The Beatles) and Who's Next (The Who). Those happen to be really well put together, I guess? I would switch the placements of The Song is Over and Won't Get Fooled Again in Who's Next and prefer the track order in the cassette version of Abbey road (Here Comes the Sun and Come Together are switched), but I don't think that matters too much compared to having a low point (also Come Together happens to work as an opener as well). What were we talking about again? Oh yeah, Emerson, Lake, and Palmer!

GAME 55 - Strongman Simulator - PS

The game is to get strong so you can pull stuff, I think? I don't know. I just went to the event when I realized it was there.

The mission is to pull an egg through 3 courses of different themes. I guess this uses the theme in that case? I don't know. It is easy at least, as the game gives you a default strength so grinding is not needed. I had some fun with this.

GAME 56 - Anime Dimensions Simulator - PS

This is an anime game and it's very clear it's one. I haven't had the greatest history with anime. I've watch Saturday Morning cartoons from 4Kids and Vortexx (remember that?) and those had anime. I didn't really click with them. I did like what I've seen from Dragon Ball, but wasn't interested enough to be fully focused on it (Also rest in peace Akira Toriyama. I at least had good memories of your series). Sonic X was my show back then, but even then, it hasn't clicked on me since those blocks ended. After those blocks ended, I didn't watch any until 2019/2020. I watched about 5 animes on my own terms, being Pop Team Epic, K-On, Little Witch Academia, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (of course I would), and New Game (... of course I would /j). I hated K-On and Little Witch Academia, only finished Part 1 of Jojo (want to get back into it, but I haven't felt like it), only watched two episodes of Pop Team Epic (it got removed from Netflix at some point too apparently), and New Game I just didn't continue (no hate, just... I don't know).

Recently, I watched Scott Pilgrim Takes Off in December of last year in one morning. It was the first anime I finished (besides Jojo Part 1), I guess partly because it's based off a comic that's from Canada and not Japan, and thus probably better appeals to me. I did enjoy it for what it is. I do plan on watching the english dub of Pokemon Horizons at some point too.

Now to this game... Roblox has had a history of anime games and honestly, I wanted nothing to do with it. Sadly, I do have to play it. The mission is to play two dimensions. The tutorial counts as well, for some reason. It's like Swordburst with the abilites from Death Ball if it was a dungeon crawler. I liked it, but I'd rather just play Swordburst (or Horizon Zero Dawn even though that's in a completely different league).

GAME 57 - Legends of Speed - PS

You run around a map and do races. The mission is 3k steps. The end. I hate this game.

GAME 58 - Total Drama Roblox - PC

Total Drama Roblox is Survivor but with wackier shenanigans in it. If you don't know how Survivor works, look it up.

The mission is vague... unless you have chat on and someone in the server screaming "DON'T JOIN IF YOU'RE GONNA LEAVE AFTER MERGE" which then makes it very obvious what the mission is. It's Survivor but with wackier shenanigans. I don't know how to explain it better. I did survive until merge on my first attempt so that's good. I didn't leave after merge either. Instead I just asked everyone to vote me out, which kind of happened. It was me against some other character in a tie during elimination, and we had to do an obstacle course with a superhero theme. I ended up dying somehow and being too far away from my opponent (yes I did try despite asking everyone to vote me). I lost.

Best Mission Today: Super League Soccer (tbh all of the missions today were either bad or mid)

Best Mission Overall: RB Battles / Steep Steps

Best Game Today: Either Super League Soccer or Total Drama Roblox. I probably won't play either again though.

Best Game Overall: DOORS / Break In 2

Worst Mission Today: Lumberjack Simulator

Worst Mission Overall: Spongebob Simulator / Lumberjack Simulator
